Board of Directors

Message from the Chair

The Center's Board of Directors is a diverse group of community members who have a common interest in providing emotional support and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and abuse. We are always interested in meeting other committed community members who would like to make a contribution to the Center by joining the Board of Directors. We welcome you to consider joining our volunteer working board as we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Rape Crisis Center of Central New Mexico and its service to our community.

RCCCNM provides community education and outreach with age-appropriate curricula to educational institutions, organizations, community members and professionals. Our crisis intervention department provides 24-hour support, advocacy, crisis intervention, resources and referrals. Our counseling is offered free of charge to anyone over the age of 13, who is affected by sexual violence. We not only provide services to Bernalillo County, but also to Sandoval, Torrance and Valencia counties.
